CRTO Review — 2025
Hello and welcome to my latest Medium writeup! I’m thrilled to share that I have recently cleared my CRTO certification, and passed with 100% score submitting all the 8 flags.
In this blog I will be providing a overview of what this certification is, my preparation, exam experience and some tips at the end.
What is CRTO?
CRTO or Certified Red Team Operator is a certification which is obtained after attempting the exam for Red Team Ops Course which is provided by Zero Point Security.
The course is on an intermediate level, covering different topics in Active Directory such as Domain Reconnaisance, Privilege Escalation, Pivoting, Persistence and Cross Forest Attacks.

So, to further enhance my knowledge, I had 2 options to choose which is to either attempt CRTP or CRTO.
